Spelman College in Atlanta - 2006Comedian Bill Cosby says: "The men as young boys are dropping out of high school, but they've memorized the lyrics of very difficult rap songs".
Cosby did make it clear there are some young Black males doing the right thing.
Cosby and his wife Camille gave a $20 million gift in 1987 to Spelman College, where he made his remarks Sunday, 14.
